Get ready for a fun-filled evening of SINGO-trivia! Whether you’re a trivia pro or just here for the laughs, this event is perfect for all ages. Enjoy delicious pizza Register (pending)and snacks while you compete for prizes in a casual, BYOB setting.

Event Details:

- Who it’s for: Open to Bell Creek HOA members in good standing.

- Volunteer Needs: Limited volunteers needed for setup and cleanup.

- Sponsorship Opportunities: Local businesses can sponsor with gift card prizes or food donations. Your business will be listed and recognized as a sponsor.

The Social Committee is hosting a PLANNING SESSION for 2025 events - Please join us for a Pizza and Salad on Monday January 27th @ 7PM.

• This is different from prior years where planning meetings happened throughout the year

• This year there will be ONE main planning meeting to plan most of the event’s details, with event leaders assigned and planning to take place well in advance.

• This will give us advantages like:

• Better availability for entertainment and rentals which can be booked earlier in the year

• Hopefully, greater involvement from our neighbors who only need to attend ONE meeting to plan this year’s events and then can choose which events they're passionate about to help volunteer later

• Event leaders and committee members will still complete last-minute plans as the event approaches, which should be minimal

The National Child Identification Program Inkless Fingerprint I.D. Kit

This is the only In-Home Identification Kit to have partnered with and been approved by the The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).  This kit allows parents to take, store and control their child’s fingerprints/DNA in their own home.

After fingerprinting the child, most parents find it easiest to place the card back into the envelope, if the envelope was destroyed when opening, simply place the fingerprint card in a plastic sandwich bag for safe keeping.  We find most parents keep it with important documents… do not put it in a safety deposit box, you may not have access to it when needed.  Fingerprints are produced using a clear inkless solution, patented process, that leaves no messy black ink or residue on fingers or clothes.

Parents DO NOT NEED to be fingerprint experts – a black fingerprint appears quickly on the identification card when the clear inkless solution makes contact with the coated fingerprint section of the card.

• A standard fingerprint area that can be used by law enforcement

The entire fingerprinting process takes approximately five minutes.  If ever needed, the completed identification card can immediately give authorities some vital information they need to assist them in their efforts to locate a missing child.

With every sale of a home, $750 is paid to our capital improvement funds, which the HOA uses to enhance our neighborhood.  Most recently, this has paid for our basketball court, updating our playground, new signage for the roads, and lawn games for social events.
