Neighborhood Trash Collection

Support your neighborhood by volunteering to inspect our common grounds and take our trash cans to the road!

  • Inspect the common grounds for trash: Tennis Court, Playground, Basketball Court, and front of the Clubhouse.  Deposit any trash in a trash receptacle.

  • Please roll the CountyWaste/GFL trash bins to the road, separating trash and recycle cans from each other at the road to aid with collection.  This includes any cans from the back of the Clubhouse.

  • After trash/recycle pick up is completed, please return the cans to the location they were found.

Hop on over and join the Easter Bunny for a fantastic egg hunt! Kids of all ages can search for special treats, prizes, and the golden egg! Egg hunt times will be based on age groups. Bring your family, and let the hunt begin!

  • 1:00pm Ages: Zero - Preschoolers

  • 1:30pm Grades: K - 2nd

  • 2:00pm Grades: 3rd - 5th

  • 2:30pm Grades: 6th - 12th

12/5 from 3PM – 9PM: Cookies with Santa (Bell Creek Single Family Owners Association Only)

Santa returns to Bell Creek!  Sign up your kiddos to sit with Santa and enjoy the magic of Christmas.  

Limited spots per slot, you must sign up in advance.  The opening date/time of the sign up will be shared in advance. 

- This event is only available to members in good standing of Bell Creek Single Family Owners Association.

- Volunteer needs:  A few adult volunteers are needed to check in families.  A few teenager volunteers can also be used for run food and keep things neat.

PHOTO ONLY SESSION: 3:30 PM  |  6:00 PM (no show, limited interaction)

INTERACTIVE SESSIONS: 4:00 PM  |  5:00 PM  |  6:30 PM  |  7:30 PM  (show, sit, chat, and photo )

Enjoy a treat after you meet Santa. Cookies and juice will be provided

2026 Social Event Planning Session (Volunteer)

The Social Committee is hosting a PLANNING SESSION for 2025 events - Please join us for a Pizza and Salad on Monday January 5th @ 6PM.

  • This year there will be ONE main planning meeting to plan most of the event’s details, with event leaders assigned and planning to take place well in advance.

  • This will give us advantages like:

    • Better availability for entertainment and rentals which can be booked earlier in the year

    • Hopefully, greater involvement from our neighbors who only need to attend ONE meeting to plan this year’s events and then can choose which events they're passionate about to help volunteer later

  • Event leaders and committee members will still complete last-minute plans as the event approaches, which should be minimal
