With every sale of a home, $750 is paid to our capital improvement funds, which the HOA uses to enhance our neighborhood.  Most recently, this has paid for our basketball court, updating our playground, new signage for the roads, and lawn games for social events.

WHAT’S NEXT?  That’s where you come in!

ALL ideas welcome… upgrade clubhouse, a pergola for the pool, benches along the sidewalks…
