Aerial East Open Gym Discount!
Through a partnership with Aerial East Gym, Bell Creek residents now get an "active student" discount at their open gym nights, making it $15/student!!
The next open gyms are:
(Pre-School) - Monday, Mar 17th, 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM
(Ages 5-23) - Friday, Mar 14 & Friday Mar 28, 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Capital Improvements
At the November HOA Meeting, the board approved the following improvements to the neighborhood this coming year:
A large pergola at the pool to create more shaded areas
Installation of a few benches at the basketball court
HOA Needs
1. Clubhouse Trash Bins: We need help taking our trash bins to and from the road. Sign up here.
2. Clubhouse Co-Chair: We need some help with managing Clubhouse! Can you co-chair with our current Chairperson Jess Keck? Email hoa.bellcreek@gmail.com.
3. Social Committee: We are looking for a co-chair for 2025 to help plan and manage social events, with the hopes that person can chair in 2026. Can you help? Email hoa.bellcreek@gmail.com.
Parking Lot Pool Is Closed (indefinitely)
We finally resolved our drainage issue in the Clubhouse parking lot! All new drainage was installed.
Budget Approved!
At the November HOA meeting, the Board approved a budget for 2025 with no increase in dues and a healthy maintenance of our reserve funds to serve future needs of the Association. The 2025 budget is in the mail to all homeowners.

Check out our “Tiny Library” located at the Clubhouse!
Tiny Library is a “take a book, leave a book” exchange. We ask for your support to stock the library with books for kids.

Volunteer Opportunities
Maintaining Our Clubhouse Area: Maintaining our clubhouse area and taking our Clubhouse trash cans to the road weekly is often a challenge (and a responsibility which has fallen on very few). We are asking that willing families sign up to volunteer and help! The task is simple and is explained here. We ask all neighbors consider giving some of their time to this simple task.

MODIFICATION REQUESTS
Exterior modifications (i.e. fences, decks, patios, sheds) must be submitted to the ARC for review and approval, through your owners portal.
CLUBHOUSE RENTALS
Our Clubhouse is available for rental by both Bell Creek homeowners and non-members for 4-hour blocks.
POOL REGISTRATION
Please allow 48-hours for your registration to be processed. Bell Creek residents only.
