12/5 from 3PM – 9PM: Cookies with Santa (Bell Creek Single Family Owners Association Only)
Santa returns to Bell Creek! Sign up your kiddos to sit with Santa and enjoy the magic of Christmas.
Limited spots per slot, you must sign up in advance. The opening date/time of the sign up will be shared in advance.
- This event is only available to members in good standing of Bell Creek Single Family Owners Association.
- Volunteer needs: A few adult volunteers are needed to check in families. A few teenager volunteers can also be used for run food and keep things neat.
- Charity: Toys for Tots, bring new unwrapped toys.
- Sponsorship Opportunities: Local businesses can sponsor with gift cards or snacks for participants. Your business will be recognized as a sponsor.
PHOTO ONLY SESSION: 3:30 PM | 6:00 PM (no show, limited interaction)
INTERACTIVE SESSIONS: 4:00 PM | 5:00 PM | 6:30 PM | 7:30 PM (show, sit, chat, and photo )
Enjoy a treat after you meet Santa. Cookies and juice will be provided
Registration will be required as there are limited spots available.
A booked slot is required for each child who will be meeting with Santa, to ensure adequate time for everyone participating.
YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED ABOUT A WEEK AHEAD OF TIME OF WHEN THE SIGN UP WILL BE LIVE
Other family members who attend to watch or jump into a family photo DO NOT need to book a timeslot.
