Single Family HOA Board of Directors

The Bell Creek Single Family Homeowners Association has a five-member board who are owners elected by the community at our Annual Meeting. The Board has three seats of three-year terms, and two seats of two-year terms, unless they have to resign before their term is completed. If a director seat is vacated before the term is up, the seat may be filled by the presiding President of the Board, without an election. All current and prior board member may run for re-election.

All meetings of the Bell Creek SFHOA are OPEN to residents in compliance with state and federal law. We encourage homeowner attendance and participation in the “Member Voice” segment of the agenda. Regularly scheduled board meetings are held every other month, usually the second Tuesday of the month, 6 pm at the Clubhouse. Special meetings are also occasionally held and notice posted on the HOA website and facebook page. The Annual Meeting is held in October.
